Another crimping tool, the MSD Mini Stripper-Crimper is designed to be used in a vise and with a single edge razor blade. As the vise is tightened, even pressure is applied to both sides of the crimper giving the terminal good strong crimps. A machined slot in the top of the crimper accepts a razor blade so that the Spark Plug Wire can be stripped without damaging the inner core.
