MSD 6-to-12 Volt Booster
Vintage racers and antique auto enthusiasts will now be able to garner the performance benefits of an MSD 6 Series Ignition thanks to the 6-to-12 Volt Booster!
This compact device connects inline between the original six volt battery and an MSD Ignition Control. It boosts the battery’s six volt supply up to 14 volts with 8 amps of current (maximum) to run the MSD Ignition. This way a classic racer or resto-rod can receive the improved driveability from the MSD’s multiple sparks and high voltage capacitive discharge sparks. Also, the compact housing is potted and can be mounted in any position so with a little creative mounting you can keep the stock appearance of a restored vehicle!
