MSD Tach Adapter PN 8917

Dual Channel Tach Adapter
Some late model ignition systems will require this new Dual Channel Tach Adapter when an MSD DIS-2 Series Ignition is installed. When the MSD is wired in, the factory ECU has difficulty with the trigger signals and MSD output. This may result in a slight miss or Service Engine Soon light. This Tach Adapter wires in easily and modifies the signals to keep the factory ECU happy so you can enjoy the improved performance from the MSD Ignition.
