The NHRA wrapped up the regular points season this week at Brainerd and set the stage for The Countdown to begin.
Larry Dixon remained perfect in Top Fuel with a dramatic win over Cory McClenathan in one of the quickest side-by-side races in NHRA history. In Funny Car Bob Bode scored his first career win against a tire spinning Jack Beckman. In Pro Stock Jeg Coughlin Jr. won his 5th Brainerd wally over a red-lighting Shane Gray. In Pro Stock Motorcycle Andrew Hines took the win light against first-time finalist Jim Underdahl. Congratulations to all the winners and everyone that made it above the cut to compete in The Countdown!

The news paper took this opportunity to get a glimpse inside our offices and see how the work of their friends and neighbors can be seen on specialty cars around the world.
