Default MSD DIS-4 to Ford DIS Harness?

I was recently browsing online, and noticed a retailer selling MSD harnesses specifically for use with a DIS-2 or DIS-4 and a Ford DIS Coil Pack. The exact item descriptions were as follows;

"MSD Harness, MSD DIS-4 to Ford DIS Dual Coil Pack" and "MSD Harness, MSD DIS-4 to Ford DIS Single Coil Pack"

Is this something that would work in my application? I have a 2003 Ford Ranger with a 3.0 V6. Is it completely plug-and-play, including the tach adapters, or would the tach adapters still need to be spliced into the harness? What would be the part number of the one I need?

Your application will require the MSD DIS-4 Ignition Control box (62152) and two Dual Ignition Adapters (89121). The harness that is includded with the MSD box is pre-terminated to accept the adapters.

The "plug and play" harness you may be referring is for the Ford four tower coil packs on the 4- and 8-cyl engines. The coil pack your vehicle uses is a six tower pack which uses a different connector due to the extra trigger lead.
