I bought a MSD Blaster Ignititon for my 62 Ford Galaxie (352 engine)
This vehicle has a mecanical breaker pointer.
Do I have to disconnect the capacitor inside the distributor when
I install the MSD Ignition?????

No you do not need to disconnect the condenser.
