Measuring primary voltage

I have an older 6A unit and new SS Blaster Coil.

I'd like to measure the voltage on the primary of the coil.
Is this possible at all?

Does the Blaster coil have a coil ratio of 1:100?

do you have a Oscilloscope? and this is the same car with the webbers on it from south america?

I'm afraid I don't have access to such devices.
Maybe a local workshop has one to test on my system.

Just curious to see if I'm getting a good 400v+ from the old analogue 6A.
