Dual Sport Truck
I have a truck that is 50% onroad/ 50% offroad racing. I am looking to squeeze everybit out of this truck. I am using a sbc 383 w/ 555ftlbs tq. Right now I have an 6530 box w 85551 dizzy and 8223 coil.
Is there a more powerful box/ coil that I can run on the street and trail reliably? Is the msd crank trigger safe to use on nasty offroad trails? Last edited by builtbychevy; 09-21-2012 at 11:48 AM.

i would stick to what you have....only fear i would have is running a crank trigger in that setting ...if , you want to have different curves..maybe look into the 6530
