I am waiting for a new SS Blaster coil to be sent to me via FedEx for about 2 weeks now. Justin must be aware of this.
Justin Jamarillo said he would provide me with a tracking number over 2 weeks ago. I have followed up 4 times and had no response at all. I would appreciate if someone could answer my emails and provide me with the tracking number and to know when it was sent. Your service was great up until a certain point and then I began getting no reponse from MSD at all. Thank you. |

I'm really unhappy that this was sent using USPS after confirming with Mr.Jamarillo that you'd use FedEx especially now regarding the current strike situation here with the local national post service and no form of tracing it.
If it does not arrive I expect the situation to be resolved promptly. Thank you |

Yes very true and I am grateful but if we agreed to use FedEx due to certain reasons then that still stands. An agreement is an agreement.
If it doesn't arrive then I have lost my original 'mint' vintage piece and the new one. Fingers crossed that I'm lucky and it arrives but there are chances with the huge stockpile of mail at the airport that is may not be seen again! Regards Last edited by Brit01; 08-07-2012 at 08:02 AM. |

Finally arrived but stuck at customs as the wrong address was placed on the pack. Email sent to you guys asking for some kind of invoice to prove it was an exchange with zero value to release it from them.
