Is there an update for P/N # 7531 ?

Trying to set up the time delay switch in the unit # 7531 Programmable Digital 7 Plus Box

The window reads on delay 9.3

The window reads on time 5.7


Does this mean my brn/wht wire will have no signal for 9.3 seconds and -12v applied for 5.7
seconds after the 9.3 pass?
