Default help on 1985 Kawasaki 454 LTD

I want to replace the 25 year old ignition on my 1985 kawasaki 454 LTD. It has magnetic pickups (2) with a single magnet that are about 180 off each other. twin cylinders with one plug per cylinder. two coils and an old igniter box. The spark currently is weak on both cylinders. checks OK with ohmeter and battery is new.
looking to see if there is a replacement box and coils...or a booster of some sort. It appears coils are just getting switched 12v to them, no boost in voltage coming from the old box.
I'd heard that there was a box that would go between the igniter and the coils and amplify the pulse??

Any ideas?

We do offer the MC3 ignition unit that will work with your stock system as long as there is 12 volts at the coils with the ignition switch in the on position. If the 12 volts is present the MC3 will wire in line with the stock ignition and coils to amplify the spark. The part number for the MC3 is pn4223 here is a link to view this unit. If you have any questions please contact me at 1-915-856-2727
