I would have to input that same cure in the Gear one graph?

if you want to move the timing again on gear changes ...then yes...
if not, stick to the rpm curve and use the time curve for the launch

Once the trans brake button was pushed, then the Launch Curve would be the only active curve until button was released?

then Gear One would kick in until the grid sees a 600 rpm drop, then Gear Two would be active???

yes, once it sees the shift and gear drop , then it goes to gear 2
