HVC II coil

Does the HVCII coil have oil in it and can they be checked and or repaired.

the hvc line is filled with epoxy and can be checked..(unfortunately, none of the coils can be repaired)

The reason ask this is there is oil a around the coil tower. Can it be checked with a volt or phm meter?

being that the coil is filled with black epoxy, i would try to figure out where the oil came from.

if , oil gets around the tower or boot...it would could cause carbon tracking ...

Oil, or the residue from silicone dielectric grease?
