Exclamation Digital shift light 8963

Hi guys,

i use this shiftlight in my blown LS2 and need to adjust it correct.
At about 1100rpm it reads 810 at the shift light. I`m to stupid to adjust it. Please could you tell me how to correct the reading and how to set the shift light to flash at 6500 rpm

Thank you

steve

Steve,

Read your instructions, you are not set for an 8 cylinder.

The shift light rpm point is also a programming adjustment.

Steve,

Is difficult for me to tell you how to do it.
One of the MSD techs should be able to walk you through it.

You have the device and the instructions are on the MSD website.

I took the rpm signal out of the corvette c5 pcm, and it shows about 800 rpm less. Please could anybody tell me what to adjust. Or is it not possible with this rpm signal?
