8732 two step not working

i have a 6425 6al box and 8732 two step installed in my race car. the 6al works fine but no matter what limit i put the 2 step on it never cuts off that rpm. it always goes to limiter on 6al. light comes on when i activate two step but not doesnt limit. using a relay to give power because using my parking brake to activate and that switch uses a ground signal. even tried removing relay wiring and hooking up directly. still no change, tried another brand new 6al then a brand new 2 step and no change. gray tach wire hooked up and tach working normally. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Using the same harness? ( 4 -6 -8 cyinder?)

The same harness was used and yes I cut the two loops for 4my cylinder operation

check the pins on the harness ( the cylinder loops)..see if they are flush in the connector.

the harness side and connector side appears to be flush. wouldnt it not matter if it has both loops cut anyway?

send the unit along with the two step back, for inspection....call first for a rma number ( 915-857-5200 ext 2261 ask for elizabeth brooks)

then give her in detail what has happen ,so she can put that on the work order ( so we will know what to look for)
