Default MSD to F.A.S.T ECU

I have a MSD 6AL box and a pro billet Distributor. I recently purchased a FAST EFI ECU and I am not sure what the correct way is to wire this up or where to get my Crank signal from. Is there a diagram or schematic of the proper way to run this system?

The ecu is an older fast classic ecu. Does this make any difference?
