Default Spark Plug Gap & Jet size Need Some Help

Hello every one i have a 383 stroker with a set of world product heads the cam has 302 duration 246 at .050 lobe spreed 109 valve lift 508 cam lift 339 msd 6al box 8556 dist. tunnel ram intake with two holley 8007 1.5 roller rockers what would be a good spark plug gap and jet size to start with right now i'm running autolite 134 gaped at .040 and 68 jets timing set at .036 deg. and it has a slight stumble on take off and at steady speed a slight surge thank's Eddie.

IMO
Get some NGK plugs, .045 gap, #72 jets, leave the timing, adjust the squirter cams to come on sooner.
