I'd like to see where you seem to think you can get better performance from. Increasing the thickness of the spark wire in general only means more insulation, not thicker wire inside. In any case, wire thickness really doesn't have any effect on the performance of the coil. There is NO performance difference between any of the wire thicknesses, only between new wires and dead wires. There is NO performance difference between higher voltage and low voltage, so long as the voltage on the spark is high enough to jump the spark gap.

you have no idea how much crap I've gone through so far to get it working either

Anyone else agree with this ?
It seems this guy doesn't think there would be a performance gain through better wires and coil.
All I stated was that with a higher output coil and a set of low resistance wires more energy reaches the plugs for a larger and more intense spark.

just look at what NHRA top fuel cars use- super conductors, they got 44 amps of juice flowing thru them!
