Msd 8982 Install

i'm having trouble with the wiring.. i want to hook this up to my MSD 6A and MSD window switch, which activates my NX 150hp kit.. i have a 1996 Chevrolet Camaro SS with a 5.7 LT1 6 speed.. the timing is controlled by the PCM... the obvious wires are the red(+) and black(-).. please help
