I have a Nissan hard body with a z24i, but I removed the fuel injected throttle body and am now running a Weber 38 with some headers and such, my next step is ignition and could use some advise. The naps-z motor has two coils do I need two ignitions? But the big question is can I by-pass the factory ignition system with an after market controller? This needs to be done to eliminate the improper signals from the ecu due to its loss of injection control. I have the z24i and z24 distributors at my disposal. What would you suggest.
