The installation is easy; there is a Blk/Yellow and Yellow wire on the stock coil. Cut these 2 wires and put them together and connect them to the small red of MSD. Then you will have a Blk/Wht Wire, cut this wire and connect to the white of the MSD. At this point there should be no wires left on the coil. Then remove the stock coil, and install the MSD Coil, from the MSD Unit connect the orange to coil positive and small black to coil negative, these will be the only 2 wires on the coil. The only wires left are the heavy red to battery positive and heavy black to battery negative or good engine ground.
Thanks,

what if i want to keep the stock coil on the same year, model car? the coil has 3 terminals that connected to the oem harness. Is one of these a tach terminal for the ecu?
