VW Corrado SLC which coil?

I have a 1992 VW Corrado (VR6 with Distributor)
My stock coil seems to be toast, and I am looking for another coil that will work with my car...
I don't know if this helps, but according to my manual, the Primary resistance should be 0.5 - 0.7 Ohms, and the Secondary resistance should be 3,000 - 4,000 Ohms.
what coil, if any would be appropriate for my car? would I need any sort of adaptor?

Unfortunately we will not offer a replacement coil for your application, since the factory coil comes with the control unit.
