Proper Gap Setting

I'm sure you've been asked this numerous times,but: How wide do I set my plug gap?

1983 Toyota 22r: Header, TRD cam, K&N, MSD Off road Box, High vibration coil, and wires. Future upgrades include a weber carb and possibly a manifold. After getting everybodys "I know it all" opinions, I need a professionals opinion. Thanks a lot in advance for your time. Tom Heck

Tom, The recommended stock plug gap is 0.032. With the upgrades that you have done, I would gap the plugs on your Toyota at 0.040 using a conventional style spark plug.
