I just recently installed MSD 6A Ignition on my 2002 S10 4.3L., I have everything stock...It used to idle at 600rpm....I runs great, until I come to a complete stop then it just idles about 400 and dances up and down...seems like there is a missfire of something...am I missing something from my ignition kit..thanx

Checks the plugs wires for arcing, and also if possible check fuel pressure, it may be possible with the fuel pressure on the low side, it may be a lean condition. The idle surging may be the ECU trying to compensate for RPM drop to keep the engine running.

I checked the wires, they are all fine. I really don't know how to check the fuel pressure..?

If the factory gap is .060 then you should not have to regap. The fuel pressure is checked through the fuel rail. There should be a shrader valve where you can connect a fuel pressure gauge. Consult the manufacture for the fuel pressure specs.
