Hey wazup,maybe someone can help me,I installed a 350,700r4 in my 95 Toyota 4x4,what I need to know ,is a Toyota factory tach voltage or current triggered. I went with a msd 8361,msd 6 offroad ignition control,Blaster and 8.5 plug wires.I not sure but I think it takes the 8920,if anyone knows it would be great if you could let me know.Thanks alot

The PN 8920 is the correct tach adapter for your application. Originally, your factory tach was triggered off of the negative side of the coil. One issue that you are going to run into though is that your factory tach is most likely calibrated for 4 cylinder operation. If you connect it to a V8 the rpm is going to read double. I am not sure if the factory tach can be recalibrated.
