View Full Version : Tach Adapter w/ PN 5462?

I've drawn out the instructions you gave me in this diagram... Can you confirm that this is correct?
Also, if it turns out that I'll need the Tach Adapter, can you explain where this will go in the circuit? I have the diagram that comes with the tach adapter, but it shows the installation for a 6A type unit... How different is the installation for the BTM?

I've also drawn out a diagram(the second one), judging from what the Adapter instructions told me to do.... Does it look correct, can you confirm this for me??

Thanks a million,

Jonathan Gomez

(First installation - without Tach Adapter, as advised by MSDTech in a previous post)

Follow the first diagram, without the tach adapter, you should not need a tach adapter when using the 5462 alone.
