When using a 2 6AL modules to fire both leading and trailing spark on a rotory, is it advisable to remove the ignitors and wire the purple and green wires directly to the magnetic pickups or leave the stock ignitors in place and use the white wire instead? If you suggest leaveing the ignitors in place, what should be wired to each of the two terminals on the ignitor plugs? I know how to check the polarity if wiring the module directly to the magnetic pickups using the purple and green harness.
