Adjustment knob for BTM

Hi,
I would like to know if the adjustment knob on the Boost Timing Master only allows either 1 degree, or 2 degrees, or 3 degrees of adjustment per pound of boost....... or is it variable between these as well? (such as, setting it between 0 and 1 degree, or between 1 and 2, etc...) Can you fine tune it, in other words?

The control knob is a potentiometer, which has a resistance range of 0 to 10,000 ohms, so yes you can set between the numbers allowing in between ranges of retard.
