weak spark pro mag12

We are having trouble with a weak spark in our pro mag12 setup.
the engine has started fine all season untill yesterday. If I try with a plug on the coil wire I can see a weak spark but it is not sufficient to start the engine.
our setup is new with a pro mag12lt and a nr 8106 point box.(less than 15 runs).
We are running a new msd starter and 16v battery so start rpm is not an issue!
I have tryed a new box, but it doesnt solve the problem..

are you running a blower or n/a ?

battery voltage --( 12 , 16, 18 , 24 ? )

spark plug gaps ? do we try to unplugging the mag kill ?

8-71 blower and as i wrote before 16v system.

first, close the gap to .017 to .020 ..you do not need that big of a gap..

quick check....remove the blower belt to increase cranking speed..
put an old plug into the coil wire .( ground plug) and spin the motor
over ... does it spark ?
