do I need the 8912 tach/injector to install my 6215 on a Dodge Ram 02 4.7L V8// or are there any other parts I need to buy to install just purchased the DIS-4 6215

Your application is a coil on plug system using eight individual coils. The DIS-4 is a four driver system so therefore you would require 2 DIS-4, PN 6215, Ignitions on your engine. The installation would not require the Dual Ignition Adapter, PN 8912.
