I've been helping a friend install an older, but almost new, 7530 Digital 7 box in a new car build.

We need to know how to set the shift rpm for the electric shifter. The instructions are not clear. The wiring is not an issue. We are using one of the spring type shifters that cuts power to shift along with a K&R switch panel. The K&R panel has terminals for that specific type shifter.

How do we program the box? It has settings for:
RpmSW
ON 2000
Off 6000
The software help says: If the OFF value is less then the ON value, the output wire will stay OFF.

What should we set the values to if we want it to activate the shift at 6500?

I am familar with my 7530T in my car. With mine, the Off can be lower than the ON. Mine is set:
RpmON 6800
Rpm Off 6200
shifts at 6800 and turns off when the engine rpm drops lower than 6200 after the shift.

Thanks

Set the ON RPM at 6500 and the OFF RPM at 12,500. Plug the output wire into the terminal that needs ground to complete the circuit.
