I have the TL all hooked up and running and it makes some really good power.

I notice that if the ignition is switched on and I hit the starter very quickly, without starting, the led flashes off and on steadily after it receives a signal from one of the pickups. Even if I run the engine and than kill the engine, the red led blinks off and on steadily until the power to the unit is recycled. While running, the led is on constantly which I would presume is correct.

Does this sound normal? Like I said, the ski runs really good, and I have a fully charged battery, grounded coils, and my air gap is within spec.

I just want to make sure everything is ok, as this is my race ski and I don't want any nasty surprises while I'm on the start line.

Cheers.

The light flashing on the side of the unit once you stop the engine is just indicating that the unit is not receiving a trigger signal. This is normal for the unit.

Thank you
